For Wade's first Father's Day, Caleb and I got up and 'tried' to be quiet so that he could sleep in. Caleb played with his toys and some of my cooking spoons as I made breakfast for Wade too. But there came a point when Caleb just had to squeal and laugh out loud and it woke up Daddy.
We gave Wade a new cellphone, a Panther's hat, and pictures of us for his desk at work. I am so thankful for Wade as my husband and as a Father. Caleb loves when Wade walks in the room and as soon as he gets home from work they wrestle on the bed or the floor. He is so gentle with him but plays and interacts with him so well. I can express in words how I feel when I see them together and the love Caleb brings to us.
I made T-shirts for Caleb and I that we love Daddy and wore them for him yesterday to remind that- We love you!!!
